Q: How do I choose the correct power adapter for my device?

Q: How do I know if a power supply on your website is compatible with my device?
A: Electrical ratings of power supplies are very simple. If you match the voltage and the amperage of the power supply to your device's specifications, it will work. Voltage has to be an exact match (usually 12 Volt). The Amp (A) rating (maximum draw) of the adapter you buy has to be the same or higher than the rating of the device you need to power. If your device says it need 12V 3A, then an adapter rated at 3A or higher (eg. 3.5A, 4A, 5A) would all work. It is that simple.
Q: How do I know the DC Connector of your power supplies will fit into my device:
A: The vast majority of electronic devices that run on 12 Volt DC use the standard DC connector (5.5mm x 2.5mm Barrell connector). All our power supply adapters come with a standard DC connector.
Q: Does your power supply come with it's power cord.
A: Yes, our power supplies comes complete with an North American style AC power cords, (Except for the 1.25 unit which does not come with a cord.)

Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
A: First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation, USPS Priority Mail, Overnight Express Mail with DHL.
Q: Once I have placed me order, how long will it take you to ship it?
A: Orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed, (excluding the weekends).
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship out of Traverse City, Michigan.
Q: How long does it take for international orders to arrive?
A: Please allow 5-7 business days to Canada and 10-12 business days internationally.

Q: What payments do you accept?
A: We accept all major Credit Cards and PayPal.
Q: Do you accept Purchase Orders (PO)?
A. No. (Purchase order are only accepted from wholesale clients.)
Q: Do you accept check or money order?
A: Checks and Money Orders are only accepted for wholesale orders.

Troubleshooting:
Q: The adapter I ordered does not seem to be powering my device. What should I do?
Step 1: Make sure the connector fits your device snuggly? If the connector fits in securely - go to step 2.
Step 2: Make sure that the specifications of your device match the specifications of the power supply you ordered. If they match - go to step three.
Step 3: Test the power supply with a standard volt meter. If the unit does not put out 12V Volts on the volt meter, or if you do not have access to a meter to test with, please return the unit to us for testing and replacement. Please visit our
